I am an Instructor of Philosophy at Franklin College. I received my PhD in Philosophy from Syracuse University in April of 2017. My dissertation looked to both theoretical and practical normativity, wherein I explored differences between moral and non-moral knowledge as well as the social nature of moral knowledge and practical normativity.
My research interests are primarily in metaethics, and much of my research looks to ways in which work in epistemology and feminist philosophy can be utilized in examining and solving contemporary issues in metaethics. I also have interests in normative ethics and philosophy of language from a non-ideal approach.
Outside of philosophy, I enjoy horseback riding, fashion, winter, and cheering on our 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers.
